Alex was indispensable in the process of selling my home of 39 years. My husband and I decided to downsize in 2024, and had just started to work with Alex when my husband required open heart surgery. Unfortunately he passed away 12 days later. Alex understood that I was not in a place to continue. She never pressured me, but waited 2 years and contacted me to see if I was ready to resume the process, because she knew the market was strong for selling a home like mine. Her timing was perfect because I was ready. Almost immediately she found a home that was exactly what I was looking for. She helped me with the purchase offer, and knowing I had never done this on my own before, was enormously patient, explaining everything clearly. She was with me every step of the way, answered every question promptly, and always kept me informed for what was coming next. Alex is enormously patient and very easy to work with. She gave me tips on what I needed to do, as well as what I didn't need to do, to help me get my house ready to put on the market. She understands the market and knew the proper price to list my home so it would sell quickly. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Alex. She never made me feel that any of my hundreds of questions were stupid! She would return texts or calls almost immediately and would meet with me, if needed, any time. I asked her if she ever had a day off!! I don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if I was to do it again, Alex would be my agent!

I cannot say enough good things about Alex. I owned my home for 25 years, so selling it was emotional and overwhelming. The house needed updates, and Alex was extremely patient with me through the entire process. She waited about three months while we finished the final touches and helped guide me on what was truly necessary versus what was not. I was hesitant about the selling price, but Alex took the time to educate me on the market, what attracts buyers, and how to position my home the right way. She was right on target. We had over 60 families come through the home and received 5 offers. Because of Alex’s guidance, I did not just choose the highest bidder. She helped me understand the importance of choosing the strongest, safest, and fairest offer to make sure the closing went smoothly. My house closed in 45 days. I originally found Alex when my kids were buying their first home. They were outbid 8 times, but Alex stayed consistent, responsive, and determined. She was available within hours to show homes, which was one of the main reasons I chose her when it came time to sell my own home. She helped my kids through the pros and cons and guided them honestly until they were finally able to buy their first home. Alex answered texts within minutes, kept me updated during the entire process, and went above and beyond. She even AI-staged my home to make it look beautiful for pictures and printed handouts for potential buyers. I know I probably drove her nuts at times, but she was always patient, understanding, honest, and kind. At the end of the day, we got exactly what we wanted. We loved working with her, and I would use her over and over again.

Where to begin. I was in the market to buy my very first house . I was actually going to give up on my dream because I had a bad experience with my first realtor until my lender recommended I talk to Alex. Alex was my saving grace!
